Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge until the kitchen accepts your order. Once we've started cooking, we can't cancel — everything is made fresh per order.

If we refuse an order

When the kitchen is full or an item runs out we refuse the order and tell you why. Nothing is charged in that case.

Something wrong with your food

Message or call 70388 33030 within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the item on your next order or refund it, your choice.

Refund timing

UPI refunds are sent within 3 working days of us agreeing to them.
